Find Your Paradise here!
Welcome, friends!  Many people from out of the area naturally ask “what’s there to do in Paradise?”

But it is most astounding when folks from neighboring communities ask that same question.

We wonder: How can anyone live so close to such an historically and culturally rich community and not be aware of the many treasures to be found here?  We invite you to come up and discover for yourself what we have to offer.  We know you will be amazed!

Paradise’s small-town community aura and the demonstration of its small-town values combine to create an authentic, enriching experience that keeps folks coming back again and again. Ask residents what they like best about Paradise and many will credit this small-town feel.

From its man-made and natural assets to its warm and charming inhabitants, there’s no place on Earth quite like Paradise. Take a peak at our stunningly beautiful Daffodils on the Ridge project, presented by the Paradise Garden Club.

Even the roads leading to Paradise offer extraordinary views and sights.  From Lake Oroville on Pentz to the “Little Grand Canyon” on Skyway, no other community has such beautiful access.  Watch the sun set or rise from Skyway and you'll know what we mean.

There are activities, sights and attractions to meet any desire, no matter how varied.

The
Gold Nugget Museum, dedicated to preserving and protecting Ridge heritage, and the Train Depot will satisfy history buffs.

Performing arts fans will find a plethora of entertainment at the
Paradise Performing Arts Center, a 762-seat state-of-the-art auditorium, and Theatre on the Ridge, the longest running community theatre in the north state.

Here’s a secret for visual arts fans - Paradise has more artists and studios than even Chico, the 9th rated arts community in the nation!

Looking for something more athletic? There are a multitude of hiking, biking, and walking trails, hunting and fishing venues, boating opportunities and parks for picnics and relaxing.

Are you a shopper? Treasure hunting in Paradise is superb!  Antiques, unusual home furnishings, and one-of-a-kind fashions can be found in unique and interesting settings throughout the Town.

And the festivals!  Every month there’s an event happening in Paradise that will be right up your alley - foodies, car buffs, gardeners, bird watchers, music fans, history lovers, wine enthusiasts and more will find it here!  Join us for
Johnny Appleseed Days.

Ask anyone you meet or stop by and see us at the Paradise Visitor’s Bureau located in the Chamber of Commerce office on Skyway.

We in invite you to find your very own paradise right here in Paradise!
