Event sponsorship The Chamber sponsors "Buy Local Thursday" and "Johnny Appleseed Days." The Chamber supports "Gold Nugget Days," "Chocolate Fest," "Cruisin' Paradise," and promotes numerous other events.  These events provide entertainment for Ridge residents while providing business opportunities for Chamber members.
Community support Chamber members support the Paradise Unified School District through sponsorship of the annual "New Teacher's Breakfast" and by participating as judges in the educational "Economics Expo" held at Paradise High School.
Advocacy The Chamber represents interests on Town of Paradise committees that formulate recommendations to the Town Council.  We also assist other local business associations such as the Paradise Antiques and Collectibles Merchants Association, the Paradise Business Association, and the Paradise Downtown Business Association.

Professional growth Access to a variety of educational seminars, and classes in cooperation with other government and private agencies.

SCORE (Service Corp. of Retired Executives) is a national non-profit organization. SCORE’s counselors provide Chamber members with free, confidential consulting with a local SCORE representative who will provide small business counseling and advice. The purpose of these sessions is to instruct anyone interested in starting their own business or improve their existing business.

Business development & support Learn how to fine-tune your marketing efforts, understand changes in the tax law or put your business on the internet through a sponsored seminar.

The Butte College Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers business management assistance through one-on-one counseling, training and guidance to small business owners in Butte, Glenn & Tehama Counties.

Advocacy and support Promotion and protection for your business interests through sponsorship of legislation and formalized lobbying efforts in cooperation with the California Chamber of Commerce.
